Orders to the United States and the United Kingdom

We ship the Olyra Shoulder Wrap to the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free and tracked on every order: the shipping rate shown at checkout is free.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with your location and the carrier.

Orders to Canada

We ship within Canada with free shipping on all orders. We deliver across Canada in 6 to 12 days.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make sure you receive your order.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping is at your expense.
