    JAMIE W.
Jamie had 2 pairs of grip socks and still got through a box of plasters in a month. These are the first real solution that actually stop the blisters from forming.

    Description

Big toe raw by the 60th minute? Taping their foot before every game? Push-offs, cuts and hard stops drive most of soccer's friction through the forefoot, the part of the foot doing the most work inside a cleat, and the part socks do the least for:

    • One piece wraps the big toe and the ball of the foot
    • The cleat rubs the sleeve, not the skin
    • Podiatrist-designed
    • Thin enough that the cleats still fit
    • Breathable, so it isn't one more sealed layer
    • Goes on in seconds, no taping before every game
    • Fits either foot: turn it inside out to switch sides
    • Reusable: wash it and wear it again
    • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

"He's 15 and refuses anything I suggest, so the fact he asks me to wash these before every match says it all."

"Bought these the week before his cup final because he could barely walk after Saturdays. He played the whole match and came off talking about the game, not his feet."

"Bought one pair to try and ordered two more within a week. He wears them for training, matches, even five-a-side with his mates."

"Charlie's 15 and I'd stopped noticing the limp because it had just become normal. Three weeks in, it's gone. Finally I don't have to stare at him limping to the car after every match."

"He got a header on Sunday and I actually got to enjoy it. No wincing at the restaurant afterwards. I got quite emotional when he thanked me."
    Sarah · Review
"He was asking to come off by 70 minutes every match. Now he plays the full ninety and never mentions his feet."
    Steve P. · Review
"I was spending a small fortune on blister plasters that fell off halfway through training anyway. These actually stay put, and he says he forgets he's wearing them."
    Rachel T. · Review
"Honestly didn't expect much. His new boots had given him blisters on both feet by week two of preseason. He's worn these every session since and not one complaint."

    Olyra Blister Sleeve

Built for what a cleat does to the forefoot:

    Takes the friction

The inner layer stays with the skin while the outer layer slides against the sock. The cleat rubs the sleeve instead of the skin.

    Breathable, not sealed

Damp skin blisters more easily than dry skin, and a cleat is already a hot, closed box. The sleeve is breathable fabric, not a sealed layer.

    Stays put through cuts

A close, even fit that holds through 90 minutes of sprinting and planting. No slipping, no bunching, nothing to stop and fix at a throw-in.

Sole of a bare foot with numbered markers on the big toe, the ball of the foot and the outer forefoot

    Blisters start where friction happens.

In soccer the load doesn't spread evenly across the foot. Push-offs, cuts and braking funnel it into the forefoot, the part of the foot that takes the most punishment inside a cleat, and the part nothing is built to protect.

    1. BIG TOE

Every push-off, every sprint start, every plant. The big toe drives the hardest friction anywhere on the foot.

    2. BALL OF FOOT

The joint behind the big toe carries the body weight on every acceleration and hard stop. Pressure, not just rubbing.

    3. OUTER FOREFOOT

Cutting sideways drives the outside of the foot into the cleat wall. Turf makes it worse: more grip, more shear.

The Olyra Blister Sleeve wraps all three in one piece, so the cleat rubs the sleeve, not the skin.

The sleeve stays with the skin while the sock and the cleat slide across its outer surface, so the rubbing happens at the dotted line, not on the skin.

    The science of a blister

A blister is a friction injury. It forms when the same patch of skin is rubbed again and again under load, until the layers of skin shear apart and fluid fills the gap.

Three things speed that up inside a cleat: a tight fit, heat and sweat. Damp skin blisters more easily than dry skin.

In soccer it happens at the front of the foot, where push-offs, hard stops and cuts load the skin: the big toe, the ball of the foot and the outer forefoot.

The sleeve changes what rubs. Its inner surface stays with the skin. Its outer surface lets the sock and the cleat slide across it. The rubbing still happens. It lands on the sleeve.

Developed & Validated by Foot Care Specialists

The Olyra Blister Sleeve combines a one-piece forefoot design with clinical input on how blisters actually form.

To make sure it holds up outside a clinic, we work with Dr. Anya Sharma, a practising podiatrist, and with other physicians.

      • Built on the science of shear and pressure
      • Tested by real soccer players
      • Refined over successive wear-test rounds

      How to wear it

      1. Step 1: sliding the sleeve onto a bare foot

        1. Slip it on

Slide the sleeve onto the bare foot. The big toe goes through its own opening. Either foot: turn it inside out to switch sides.

      2. Step 2: pulling a soccer sock over the sleeve

        2. Sock on

Pull the usual sock on over it. Nothing to wrap, cut or stick.

      3. Step 3: slipping the foot into a soccer cleat

        3. Slip into your cleats

Lace up and play. It's working from the first sprint.

      FAQ

Is it normal to get blisters this often? Are we doing something wrong?

You're not. Cleats are built tight on purpose, to lock the foot in for cutting and striking the ball, and that same tight fit is what drives friction into the forefoot. It happens to rec league players and serious ones alike. New cleats, a jump in playing time and hot turf all at once is a lot to ask of a pair of feet.

Won't their feet just toughen up eventually?

Some skin does adapt over time. But blisters are caused by shear, layers of skin sliding against each other under load, and that force doesn't go away because they've been playing longer. Once a spot is sore, most players change how they plant and push off to avoid it.

How do I know which size to order?

Go by usual shoe size using the chart in the Size Guide above: S, M or L, with women's and men's sizes listed. For XL, or between two sizes, message us and we'll help you pick.

Will it fit inside their cleats?

Yes. It's thin, with no bulk, and it sits under a normal sock without eating the space in the cleat. That's the main reason it's one piece across the forefoot and not separate toe caps: stacking caps on several toes crowds an already tight cleat.

How does the Olyra Blister Sleeve actually work?

It sits between the forefoot and the cleat. The inner surface stays put against the skin; the outer surface slides against the sock. So the rubbing still happens. It happens to the sleeve.

They already wear grip socks. Isn't that the same thing?

Different problem. Grip socks stop the foot from sliding around inside the cleat, which is real and worth having. They don't do anything about the cleat pressing directly on the forefoot. That's a pressure and shear problem, and it's the one this is built for. Plenty of players wear both.

Won't it make their feet sweat more?

It's the right question to ask, because damp skin blisters more readily than dry skin. The sleeve is soft, breathable nylon-spandex, not a sealed layer.

Does it work on turf and indoor as well as grass?

Yes. Turf grips harder than grass, so more of that force goes straight into shear across the forefoot. Indoor shoes are flatter and tighter through the forefoot, which produces the same problem for a different reason. The mechanism is the same wherever the foot meets the front of the shoe.

How long does a pair last?

It's reusable: machine wash cold (30°C) and wear it again. Plenty of players keep a second pair in the bag so there's always a clean one for back-to-back games.

      How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered in 6–10 days, and shipping is free. If you're buying for a tournament or the start of a season, order ahead so they can wear it at practice first.

      What's your returns policy?

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.
